Repair and Maintenance Services

We offer a full repair service for PCs and laptops; from simple software problems to major overhauls and upgrades All our work is guaranteed and our service is quick and efficient. We also offer data transfer from old equipment to new.

Our basic PC service covers a PC speedcheck and correction, fixing any minor problems and removal of viruses and trojans (providing they have not damaged the operating system).

Our basic service is just £39! (incl VAT)

Please be aware that if your PC has been infected with a virus or trojan, a service will not always be appropriate - some viruses cause irrevocable damage to the operating system and in this case we may need to restore your machine to factory default settings (For more information on the effects and cause of viruses see our article here.

If this is the case we will save all of your data and then restore your PC to factory settings - this includes the operating system and all necessary software. We will then put all your data back after performing a full scan for viruses. In cases where we have to wipe and reload your PC you may need to reinstall your internet software and any peripherals you have attached to your PC (such as printers, web cameras etc). If you have trouble doing this, dont worry; we will help you!

Full PC restore starts at £59 (incl VAT)

If you require us to save your data there will be an additional charge of between £10 and £30 depending on how much data you have.
